Ayo Okesanya is my guess on the latest episode. I first met Ayo when he was a freshmen on the high school football team at North Shore Country Day. After high school, Ayo moved to up Minnesota to continue playing football at the University of St. Thomas. I don't think either of us expected to get into Marathon running, but here we are. We get into what got Ayo started with running, life during quarantine, and how running has taken a backseat at the moment. Ayo gives a lot of thoughtful answers and I can't wait to see him reach his future goals.
